Bleecker Street and Netflix set to bring you Cary Fukunaga’s powerful BEASTS OF NO NATION
Netflix has just announced its line up of theatrical-quality films to be released this fall, kicking off with BEASTS OF NO NATION, which will also get a theatrical release from Bleecker Street.
BEASTS OF NO NATION will be directed by Cary Fukunaga (True Detective) from a script that he's developed over the last seven years based on the novel by Uzodinma Iweala. The film tells the story of "Agu", a young boy who is forced to become a child soldier after his father is killed during a civil war in an unnamed West African country.
